Colon Cleanse Recipe

If you are looking for a good colon cleanse recipe then you are in luck as we have a couple for you to use. The first recipe has been known by several different names such as the lemonade diet, homemade colon cleanse, and master colon cleanse. It is obvious here that its goal is to do one thing and that is to cleanse your colon. For this colon cleanse recipe you will need the following ingredients: Two tablespoons of organic lemon juice, two tablespoons of organic maple syrup, a dash of cayenne pepper, and ten ounces of water. You will need to drink this on a regular basis for at least 30 days straight. This will work to cleanse your colon and flush toxins from your body.

The second colon cleanse recipe we have for you is mostly known as the green drink recipe, but is designed for the cleaning of your colon. To make this you will need the following ingredients: Juice from one lemon, two apples chopped up, one cup of spinach, one celery stick, cucumber that is medium sized and diced, a small piece of ginger that has been peeled, and ½ cup of parsley that has been chopped up. You will want to add all these ingredients together and then blend them and adding in ice cubes and purified water. This recipe will work great to cleanse your colon as well as help you to lose weight.
